  1. About the presentation • This is a basic PowerPoint presentation about Sweden and the University of Gothenburg, produced for international students as a target audience. The idea is that you use it as a base and adapt it to the situation and audience. In other words, you are free to delete and add slides, just make sure you use the same layout as in the rest of the presentation. Examples of when to use it: student fairs, exchange fairs or welcome days. • Content Slides 3-4 provide a short introduction to Sweden. The information is based on the Swedish Institute’s selling points for Sweden. Please choose the selling points that you think fit the purpose of the presentation/audience. It is not necessary to use the exact words stated in this presentation, rather use them as inspiration. *See speaker notes. • Slides 5- 8 are about our University. A quick introduction in figures, pictures and a map + information to describe who we are and what makes us special. These slides can for example be followed by what makes a certain programme or faculty/department unique as well as more hands-on info. Slides 8-10 introduce the students to Gothenburg, student life and accommodation. • Speaker notes • See the speaker notes for guidance and inspiration, not something read from a book. Make the presentation your own by using your own words. • Your own slides At the end of the presentation there are templates that you can use to create slides. They will also appear if you click ”add slide/ny bild” • Font and character size For all headings: Arial Narrow. Chapter headings: Caps, centered, size 36. Other headings: Caps, size 28. Body: Arial, size 20 • The “blue flag” logo: Should be used on all slides, except the map of Gothenburg. It is already enclosed in all templates. Make sure that the picture with the “blue flag” is not hidden by another picture.
