AMC CONTRACT SCOPE • The Scope of work includes: • Comprehensive maintenance support both for Software and Hardware of SCADA/EMS system installed under SR ULDC scheme covering all control centers in SR (Sub-LDCs, SLDCs, RLDC). • Deployment of trained engineers at SRLDC and all SLDCs (one engineer at each location) • 24x7 support for all critical faults within 30 minutes • Service level agreement at assured availability (penalty in case assured availability is not maintained) • Well defined preventive maintenance schedule.
