Case 1. History. 6 year old male child with H/O collapse of wall on him on august 2013. Sustained right superior pubic rami fracture and went into acute retention SPC was inserted outside and is on regular SPC change. Examination. G/E: Unremarkable. P/A: Soft SPC in place

Examination • G/E: Unremarkable. • P/A: Soft SPC in place • Ext genitalia: NAD • Anal tone normal
urethroscopy with SPC scopy on 28/11/13 • Urethroscopy Blind end at proximal bulbar urethra • SPC scopy Veruseen,blind end just distal to veru • Suprapubic scope not felt in perineum • Bugiogram done which showed wide gap
Problems • Bladder still high inspite of waiting for 8 months • Veru at the level of upper border of pubic symphysis • Wide gap

Examination • G/E: Unremarkable. • P/A: Soft SPC in place • Ext genitalia: NAD • Anal tone normal
urethroscopy with SPC scopy on 31/12/13 • flexible suprapubic scopy- bladder neck- normal prostatic urethra - normal veru- normal Complete cut off at membranous level • preurethral scopy- complete cut at proximal bulbar level.
