How do KTPs operate? • 26 week to three year programme • Full-time ‘Associate’ (graduate) based in company • Two days per month expert academic support • Budgets for training, equipment and travel
How do KTPs operate? • Administration/financial support • Access to University equipment and resources • Government grant to subsidise cost to company • 60% subsidy for first time SMEs • 40% for non-SMEs
