Security Officer • Supervisor, QA Staff, or IT • How many can I have? • Responsible for setting up and managing accounts using OMH’s Security Management System (SMS) • Review usage reports on a monthly basis. • Ensure that all staff complete the annual security trainings: • Cornerstones of Confidentiality • 2005 IST training • HIPPA

  5. Master Trainer • Anyone in your agency with technical, training, and program capacity. • Responsible for providing training to “ALL” agency staff. • Primary conduit between agency and helpdesk. • How to become a Master Trainer

  6. System Speed and Browsers • Bandwidth: • Yours • Ours • # of Users • Browsers: • IE (through IE 9, and will soon be IE 10) • Development Time

  9. If CONTRACTOR is NOT listed Under Agency

  10. Click on New Service to Add a Service

  11. Fill in Plan Start Date, Plan End Date, Actual Start Date, and select “Intensive” under Program Service Type

  12. WAIT!! YOU STILL NEED TO FUND THE SERVICE!!

  13. Enter $1 into Total Funding then select Add

  14. Select local office with your particular agency, and enter $1.00 in the Obligated amount
