  1. (A) TPMT rs12201199 (B) TPMT rs1142345 (D) COMT rs9332377 (C) COMT rs4646316 Supplementary Figure S6TPMT and COMT SNP genotypes were not associated with cisplatin cytotoxicity in HapMap cell lines. Cisplatin IC50 (concentration required to achieve 50% cell viability) did not differ by genotypes at TPMT rs12201199 (A), TPMT rs1142345 (B), COMT rs4646316 (C), and COMT rs9332377 (D) in either HapMap YRI (59 unrelated samples of African descent) or CEU (57 unrelated samples of European descent). P-values and coefficients in the plots above were estimated by linear regression. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was also performed and none of the overall F-statistics were significant (P=0.91, 0.17, 0.41, 0.57, 0.28, 0.57, 0.98, and 0.82, from left to right and from top to bottom panels).
