Phased Scale Up Plan • Phase One: February – May 2012 • Phase Two: June – December 2012 • Transfer current food caseloads of 180,000 beneficiaries to vouchers in North • Phase Three: 2013 - 2014 • Further scale up under Phase Three in the North and Mogadishu and other areas of operation
Moving to E-Vouchers • WFP global implementation of corporate models for e-vouchers such as: • smart cards • mobile phone vouchers • bar-coded vouchers • scratch cards • Scratch card system in development for roll-out in Phase Two
