  1. BETHEL BOYS HOME A Christian run home for orphans and underprivileged boys between the ages of 5 and 18 years old

Located in Guyana, South America Guyana (full name is Republic of Guyana) is a tropical country situated on the northern coast of South America.It is the only country in South America where English is the official language. It is bordered by Venezuela on the west, Suriname on the east, Brazil on the south and the Atlantic Ocean on the north

  3. OUR VISION TO HELP DEVELOP FULL POTENTIAL AND BRING OUT A POSITIVE SELF IMAGE TO PREPARE BOYS TO MAKE A MEANINGFUL CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY

  4. Many of these boys come from abusive backgrounds and had no good parenting. Thus their image of father especially, is a distorted one. Our challenge is to help them see their Heavenly Father in a different light Their need for love and discipline is evident

  8. Orin is 6 years old and is our newest boy in the home. His two older sisters had to also be placed in an orphanage as their home is no longer a safe place for them and their mom. His dad has been physically abusive towards his mother in the presence of the children and verbally abusive to the kids. Orin said the neighbor’s kid told him to put a knife in his dad’s back while he was beating on his mom but he did not. He still loves his dad even though he saw him nearly murder his mom .   9. Praise God we were able to take Orin in and provide a safe place for him near his 2 uncles who are boys in the home also. He is learning about the love of Jesus from Sunday School and Church. He is feeling a lot safer these days and is a happier kid .

  10. “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name, welcomes Me” Luke 9:48 It is a tremendous privilege to help these kids find a normal life and learn about Jesus’s love for them. They are all so unique. We try to do special things for them so they have a better childhood to remember. Especially birthdays and Christmas. They were at summer camp with Inter School Christian Fellowship.

PLEASE PRAY • For genuine salvation experience in their lives • For a solid born again couple to work with them • For 2 additional committed christians to serve on the board of this home • For healing to take place in their lives where there is yet hurt or bitterness • For grace & wisdom for the administrator to know God’s heart in decision making • For our own building & vehicle
