Advanced Features - Virtual Units Create Virtual Units to group items you use together in queries Container for different items of various types • Persons • Cost centres • Organic and PPA units • Experiments and Institutes • Projects • Contracts Evaluated at runtime – change a Virtual Unit and all reports will change next time you press retrieve Types can be used in any combination together Can be used in all reports

  36. Use them in your reports like any other unit

  37. Send a copy of your Virtual Unit to someone else to use Enter the name of a person or an organic unit to send it to Virtual Units that were sent to you will be highlighted so that you know you cannot modify them

  40. Run them and enter search criteria exactly like any other HRT report!
