Construction Safety and Health Training May 6-10, 2013. Objectives: At the end of the activity, the participants are expected to: Acquire adequate knowledge on the general framework of the Construction Project Safety Management; Formulate, develop and administer Safety Program;

Objectives: • At the end of the activity, the participants are expected to: • Acquire adequate knowledge on the general framework of the Construction Project Safety Management; • Formulate, develop and administer Safety Program; • Develop safety inspection checklist and conduct job safety inspection • Be able to demonstrate adequate knowledge on the concept of accident prevention in construction sites and conduct job hazard analysis;
Understand the importance of construction safety for both economic and human safety reasons; • Be aware and fully comprehend DOLE Department Order No. 13 and other government regulations pertaining to construction safety; • Gain knowledge on the functions of a construction safety officer and accident investigation and reporting; and • Formulate corrective actions to minimize safety and health hazards within the construction site.
