Expected Outcomes • Linkage with various ICT initiatives such as National Information and Communication (NICI) Plans & e-strategies, harnessing ICTs for various activities including local governance and public administration projects, etc. • Desegregation of indicators according to gender and Focus on women & ICTs • Desegregation of indicators according to access by the disable
