We are currently strengthening our site Technical team and seeking to recruit a motivated and creative individual who has a strong character and exudes positive behaviours in line with our Company values to join our Technical team. The role will report directly to the Technical Manager and will work alongside other department Management Teams.As an experienced QA Manager youwill be providing guidance and on-going support to facilitate compliance with Quality / Regulatory policies, Food Safety Programs (HACCP) procedures and Product specifications with primary focus on factory floor activities. You will lead the QA team through day to day challenges of produce and provide support for the Technical Manager. You will be committed to improving KPI’s and ensuring that our customers are fully supported and will achieve this through an inclusive hands on approach.
