  2. Important Steps of this mission • Process Customs Clearance before Tug/barge (T/B) arrive OMP • T/B anchor at Mid Stream (OMP want to test the operation) and “The Committee (Immigration, Customs, KamSAB)” on board • Independent Surveyor (SGS) check draft and take sample • OMP discharge coal from T/B at Mid Stream • T/B shifting from Mid Stream to OMP Port • OMP discharge coal from T/B and small barge at the port • After finished discharging: Surveyor check draft again for net weight and clear document from the Committee: T/B sail away from OMP Port

Resource and Result Resource (2 Shifts 24 Hours Operation) • Capability and Efficiently 30 Staffs and Management Team • Our own equipments :Mong #1 (Landing Craft), Mong #2 (Tug boat), 2 Excavators,1 Crane with Crab, 2 Dump Trucks • Outsourcing: 1 Floating Crane, 1 Excavator, 3 Dump Trucks, 1 Bulldozer, 1 Small Barge and 40 Transportation Trucks Result of Discharging • Achieve 2 KPIs: 1. “Time Allow” within 4 days (96 h.), We achieve “Lay Time” 3 days (72 h.) Highest Rate 3,500 Ton/day (24 h.) 2. “Loss Allow” within 1.5%, We achieve less than 1.0%

  9. OMP discharge • coal from T/B at the port • (Start 29/11/2011: 20.00)

  10. OMP discharge • coal from small barge at • the port and sweeping • coal on T/B by Bulldozer • and finish discharging • (02/12/2011:12.00)

  11. OMP prepare “Stock • Pile” on port area for • service customers; • capacity 7,500 ton

  12. After finished discharging: Surveyor check draft again for net weight and document clearing by the Committee: • T/B SINAR PELUTAN sail away from OMP • (02/12/2011: 14.00)

  13. Next • Invest 410,000 USD for new equipments to achieve 2012 Budget • Develop and maintain the Channel Depth 6.5 meter for 8,000 ton big barge by the new equipment
