2. By Inspection: Do not get actual equations, good if just after Vmax and Mmax
3. By Direct Integration: Good if w(x) is a complicated function, i.e. w(x) = 4sin3xw(x) = 5X3 + 3X2 + 2X +9
EXAMPLES: Use the approach that makes most sense. Inspection most common.
