Economical issue - Actions • Reduce dependence on industrial economical support • Increase our membership (in Italy ~ 2000 SIEC members) • Use of the web to advertise our educational offer and sell some • E-textbook on echo • 3D echo Atlas • Making web profitable • Echo seminars • Teaching course on echo (E3 project) • Careful management of our main assets • EuroEcho • Accreditation • WEB
Increase Membership • Expand EAE “political” influence and accountability • 10 recommendation papers in preparation • Expand EAE accreditation policy Lab accreditation • Meeting with echo national societes / WG • Relationships with non-European societes other than ASE (ECOSIAC, India, Korea, Japan) • Enlarge and strengthen our educational offer • 6 educational projects currently ongoing • Expand the use of the web to deliver education • Local teaching courses in strategic countries
