Doctrine Development &TTP Publication Review Collection Requirements Management (Cont’d) Paragraph • List the paragraph in which the comment is located • Use the entire paragraph/subparagraph; i.e. 1.b.(3)(k) or 3.2.1.1 Line • The line on the designated page that pertains to the comment • Use decimal form for multiple lines; 27-30 = 27.30 Comment • General comment applies to the entire Pub or throughout the Pub • example: Change all references to CV (or CV/CVN) to CVN • Specific comments using line-out/underline format • Copy sentence from the pub & paste to the CRM • Line-out undesired information • Underline suggested replacement information
