Municipalities • Adult education is regulated by the Adult Education Act (1976) and the Education Act (1998) • A new law on non-formal adult learning was introduced in 2010, to regulate organised learning activities outside the formal sector • Municipalities are responsible • Seniornett is now getting the recognition from the municipalities to participate in some projects with them

  3. Labouroffices • They are relying on employers to educate there employees in digital skills • For the unemployed there is no statutory regulation for education in basic digital skills • Seniornett do take in trainees to give them working experience
