Definitions • Perpendicular Bisector • A segment, line, or ray that is perpendicular to a segment at its midpoint • Equidistant • Same distance
Theorems • If a point is on the perpendicular bisector, then it is equidistant from the endpoints. • If a point is equidistant from the endpoints, then it is on the perpendicular bisector.
Example • Find AD.
