  3. Changing context • Strategic planning – 50,000 homes by 2026 • New homes with photovoltaic panels and other green technology • Retro-fit of existing stock • Garage portfolio • Replacing obsolete stock • Increasing demand for affordable housing

  4. Housing Development • Around 700 homes in new build pipeline • Current contracts with Keepmoat, Lovell and Kier • OJEU required but supply chain linked to FIIB • Compliance monitoring • Aim to offer opportunities to smaller builders

  5. Procurement • Employers Agent services • Use and promotion of local architects and associated professional services • Homes and Communities Agency delivery partner panel • Speed of delivery and reducing defects
