Objective In this section, summarize the objectives of the proposed project, and how it leverages the unique opportunities provided by AI and the ISS. Include the following: • What are you hoping to achieve scientifically? • What is the desired outcome? • What are the expected deliverables / products? • If applicable, state your hypothesis • A rationale for the ISS as a necessary platform (e.g. extended access to microgravity, extreme condition of space, unique vantage point) • How the project leverages or advances the field of AI
Experimental Plan Provide a summary of the in-orbit experiment’s plan and layout (equipment, experimental follow-up, etc.) • What will people need to do to run the experiment? • What, if anything, will need to be returned to earth? • Describe any specific hardware or in-orbit facilities necessary • Describe any specific desired timeframe for running the experiment, if relevant.
