  2. ROT Certification • So far have completed 3 ROT reviews • Only 1 certification given. Responded on a per file basis to ROT. • All were small sites with <300 files total • Went through the file inventory reports • Found ROT in all of them Pg #

  3. Example ROT Reviews • What you will get is a Excel file • It will have a list of files that are problematic • What is expected back is a file by file response to each item in that spreadsheet.

  4. ROT Treatment • Verify and republish existing content • Update/rewrite outdated but still useful content • Outdated content that still provides useful info gets disclaimer • Remove obsolete content
