My contact info: Neil.watson@navy.mil / 901-874-3870 • I am NOT allowing CTMs to pursue ANY conversion out of the rating. Rating manning is dropping while billet base is increasing and I cannot afford to lose any CTMs. This is the growth we have been needing and it is a good thing to be needed….stay CTM. • CTM will have fleet conversion IN opportunity. Please apply via CWAY if interested and quotas exist in your year group. • ASVAB requirement:: MK+EI+GS+AR=223 or higher; minimum score of 57 required for each MK and AR (MILPERSMAN 1306-618). • Security Clearance: Must be a US citizen and TS/SCI eligible as determined by SSBI investigation prior to attending “A” school.
