  2. Directions OCAHRC is located right off Route 207 at 28 Bull Road Campbell Hall, New York 10916 Call (845) 427-2077 for further assistance. From: Route 84 Exit 5, Take Route 208 South through Maybrook to blinking light. Make a right onto Maybrook Road; At the end of Maybrook Road make a right onto 207 go over the rail road tracks. Shortly after make a left on Bull Road.. OCAHRC Henry F. Cox Center can be seen from Route 207. From: Route 17 Exit 124 Goshen. Take Route 207 East through Goshen. Approximately 4 miles there is a train trestle tunnel. Go through the tunnel and bear right. Shortly after make a right on Bull Rd. OCAHRC Henry F. Cox Center can be seen from Route 207 on the right.
