The final customer Sales Department My deliverables SuccessCriteria= Satisfaction Duration Reliability Etc. Scope Agree on certain Success Criteria’s = Satisfaction Flexibility Availability Etc. Resources My Scope = Scope stated in contract minus scope provided by other parties My ressource = Sales price minus margin minus costs from other parties Mutual interests = profit margins!!!
