  13. STRATEGY Information of studentsattending related courses Students of two undergraduate courses were informed on the goal of the project. Student Selection From the group of students that expressed their interest to participate in the project, a group of 10 students was selected Barouti Marialena 28-08-2012

  14. STRATEGY SELECTION CRITERIA FOR VOLUNTEERS 1 Their suitability to undertake a task and if they are cooperative. Their level of commitment in order to meet the demands of the work assigned. 2 3 Basic knowledge of computer use on text editing software (e.g. Microsoft Word). Barouti Marialena 28-08-2012

  15. STRATEGY Three scanners were placed in a quite computer room with adequate lighting and space in order to be used by the volunteers. Step by step guides on the use of equipment and software were created in order to be given to the students Books were selected Barouti Marialena 28-08-2012

  16. STRATEGY • Initially a number of the most popular book titles from Greek and International literature was selected, from the university library. • Moreover special attention were given to the fonts used in the books. BOOK SELECTION Barouti Marialena 28-08-2012
