Coparthnershipwasborn in 1974 as a company for mechanicalengineering and metal work. • In 1986 C.M.M. moved from Coparthnership to Limited Company and changeitsnameinto « Nuova C.M.M. « • In 1988 the MechanicalDivisionwasdeveloped due to market needs with specialization in manufacturing pieces of large sizes. • In the sameyear the Welding Automation Divisionwasexpanded in order to adapt to the different metal worksfields : naval, off-shore and automatedweldingequipments. • Nuova C.M.M. with more that 25 years of wide rangingexperience in design , fabrication and installation of equipmentsas the leadingsubcontractor for a multinationalwelding company, from 2007 start to build and design alltypes of Welding Automation under itsownname.

NUOVA C.M.M. supplies the followingequipments : • Weldinglines with beam in vertical position • Weldinglines with beam in horizontalpositon • Column & Boom • Rotators • Flange straightening machine • Platesgrinding and rounding machine • Stiffeners and Ribswelding line • SHIPBUILDING : complete weldinglines for fabrication of flatpanelsand block ( panel lines and mini panel lines ) • Welding of cylindricalpieces ( resevoirs, tanks, pipes, etc . ) • Otherequipments for beamhandling and welding with differentsprocedures ( SubArc – MIG, TIG , PLASMA )

  5. TBL WELDING LINES • TBL isdesigned for the massive production of I – T beams, eitherparallel, tapered or cambered. The NEW models are alsoenable to weld Box Beams, Star Beams, Sandwitchplates and beams with inclined web.

  12. Manipulators • These equipments are suitable for welding either parallel H-Beams with web in horizontal position without need of tack-welding. The new models are also able to weld BOX and Curved Box, using special turnable welding heads

  15. SeamWelderLine • This line isdesigned to weldtogetherplates with variousdimension,forobtainingplates with dimensionnotavailable in the market.

  16. Straightening machine • This machine is suitable to straighten flanges up to 40 mm.

  17. Rounding & grinding machine • The rounding and grinding machine is designed for round off the four sharp edges of the plates and clean both sides of the plates.

  18. SHIPBUILDING • Engineering, Manufacturing and start-up on the field of shipbuilding applications as: Flat Panel Lines – Block Lines – Mini Panel Lines
