  6. Criteria for selection of stations in ISMN The optimal choice of locations for installing the accelerographs is of great and significant important. There are some factors to be considered in location determinations. 1- Seismicity and seismotectonics 2- Regional geology 3- Reasonable coverage of various site conditions 4-Topography 5- Seismic hazard map of Iran 6- Important Structure (dams, high rise buildings, etc) 7- Local facilities (power, road, etc.)

  25. شدت زمينلرزه گستره ناحيه بيشترين شدتزمينلرزه نسبتا محدود بوده و شهرهاي بم و بروات و روستاهاي پيرامون آنها را در بر مي گيرد. بر اساس بر آورد ما بيشينه شدت براساس مقياس مركالي اصلاح شده در بخشهايي از بم و بروات IX بوده است.
