  2. Pasteurization • Louis Pasteur invented pasteurization. • Louis Pasteur was born in December 27, 1822. • Louis Pasteur died in September 28, 1895.

  4. Pasteurization • Pasteurization is a process that kills harmful bacteria by heating milk to a specific temperature for a set period of time. First, developed by Louis Pasteur in 1864, pasteurization kills harmful organisms responsible for such diseases.

  5. Pasteurization • Pasteurization made many people not sick.

  6. Pasteurization • Yes, there is a newer version it is called flash pasteurization, it involves shorter exposure to higher exposure.
