The Patient • M.L. 70 y.o. Male • A-Fib, COPD, Hypothyroidism, former smoker • Abdominal Aneurysm 5.7cm by CT • Walks 3+ miles a day • Referral for 2nd opinion • 11/27/2012
Treatment • No treatment needed at this time, for the right leg as collaterals were reconstituting the popliteal. • The patients left leg had two similar aneurysms in the sfa and an occluded distal sfa and proxpopa. • A sfa-popa bypass graft is scheduled March 4, 2013. The right leg gsv is scheduled to be harvested.
