Check the correct procedure export path. The directory contains all procedures for the „Create order dialog“ window. This button is used to change the procedure export directory path. „Enable SampleTrack“ checked means: - Orders created with SampleTrack program „Enable SampleTrack“ unchecked means: - Working without SampleTrack - Define orders in the „Create order dialog“
Open the procedure editor dialog • The procedures can be defined here and will be used later to set up orders within the following applications: • PrepGilsonST „Create order dialog“ • SampleTrack • BEST application
1a. Using Procedure in Order files … can be selected later in the „Create order dialog“ . Procedures defined and saved here…
1b. Using Procedure in Order files: Source … can be selected later when setting up orders in the „Create order dialog“ . Placeholder variables for SOURCE Samples defined here…
1c. Using Procedure in Order files: Destination … can be selected later when setting up orders in the „Create order dialog“. Dispenses defined here… (the DESTINATION position variable in the Order file will be used!)
1d. Using Procedure in Order files: Dilutor Solvent … can be selected later in the „Create order dialog“. Placeholder variable for a Dilutor/ValveMate solvent defined here… (selection „##$SOLVENT Variable in Order “)
Procedures of the type „Bruker“ cannot be saved. The button „Save“ is gray. Save the procedure with the button „Save As“ and use a different personal name like „my procedure“. 2. Procedure Difference: „Bruker“ / „Custom“ Open the „Saved as“ procedure. It has the custom symbol and can be modified and saved.
2a. View „Custom“ Procedure After opening the new procedure it will be displayed as a „Custom“ procedure.
2b. Open Procedure Use this button to load procedures (only for procedures of type „ADD“)
3. Show Procedure Values Click on the “Source Type“ of any line to select it and show all values in the line edit area.
4a. Edit the Source Type „Solvent at Dilutor“ • Enter the parameters for the solvent at the Dilutor / ValveMate. 2. Press the button „Update“ to set the new values in the selected line.
4a. Edit the Source Type „Solvent at Dilutor“ Select the solvent name from the list. Hint: For each solvent name in the list the position on the ValveMate is predefined in the configuration.
4b. Edit the Source Type „Gas Gap“ 1. Enter the gas gap parameters. 2. Press the button „Update“ to set the new values in the selected line.
4c. Edit the Source Type „Sample“ • Enter the sample parameters • ( = Source in the order file). 2. Press the „Update“ button to set the new values in the selected line.
4d. Edit the Source Type „Solvent in Tray“ • Enter the parameters for the tray solvent. 2. Press the „Update“ button to set the new values in the selected line.
4d. Edit the Source Type „Solvent in Tray“ Select the solvent name from the list. Hint: For each solvent name in the list the position in the tray is predefined in the configuration.
5. Adding Sub-Procedures to a Line • Select the name of the sub-procedure (all files of sub directory ...\Disp\ are listed ). 1. Check the type of sub-procedure.
5a. Editing a Sub-Procedure Type „Disp“ A procedure with the type „Dispense“ will be opened.
5b. Editing a Sub-Procedure Type „Mix“ A procedure with the type „Mix“ will be opened.
5c. Editing a Sub-Procedure Type „Clean“ A procedure with the type „Clean“ will be opened (Save as a Custom procedure to edit).
6. Adding Lines 1. Select a line from the list. 2. Modify the value area if required. 3. Use the „Add below“ button to insert a copy of the current line.
1. Select a source line from the list. 7. Copying and Pasting Lines 2. Modify the value area if required. 3. Use the „Copy“ button to copy the current value area. 4. Select a location to paste the new data. 5. Press the „Paste below“ button.
8. Deleting Lines Use the „Delete“ button to remove the selected line from the list.
