  4. Previous Internet Membership Process Inefficiencies • Internet Membership “Application” is a web form • Form data emailed to MSR • MSR input data into Episys and email notification to member • Account creation and member notification not real-time

  5. New Member ApplicationWescom Resources Group • Completed by potential member via Internet application • Real-time eFunds ChexSystems verification of identity/eligibility

  6. Internet Application Report Processing Queue • Sent to processing queue as “pass,” “fail” or “review” • If “pass,” then account, names, shares, etc., created in Episys • Account restricted until documentation and funding complete • Access to processing queue by MSR via script within Episys • MSR reviews information • Approve, reject, request additional information
