Repeat and remove 5 ml from last tube and discard 0.1 g/mL NaCl 0.05 g/mL NaCl 0.025 g/mL NaCl 0.0125 g/mL NaCl 0.00625 g/mL NaCl 0.00313 g/mL NaCl 0.0156 g/mL NaCl
