This small school FOCUS meeting on October 2nd and 9th aims to continue using data and resources to address Chapter 4 questions and self-study inquiries. The FOCUS groups will finalize narratives and evidence in Chapter 4, while also identifying areas of need. The outcome will be a progress check on Chapter 4 responses. The leadership team meeting on October 20th will involve reading Chapter 4, determining the top 3 key areas of need, and beginning the development of an action plan based on these areas. Reminders include choosing the top 5 CANs at the FOCUS meetings on October 9th and submitting Chapter 4 to the WASC Coordinator by October 17th.
