  4. During the Hindu Festival of Diwali, people draw them on their doorsteps to welcome Lakshmi, the goddess of weatlh. Why are Rangoli Designs Made?

  5. How does Rangoli reflect the culture of the people of India? • It is used to celebrate Indian religious traditions • People have created rangoli for thousands of years.
