Who we are? • CGATE coordinates 55 regional associations called “Colegios”, one for each city in Spain. • By now there are 50.000 CGATE members in Spain. • It’s a mandatory for the members of CGATE, hold a recognized university degree (240 ECTS) recognized by the Ministry of education. CGATE application • CGATE must defend the interest of the general society and all its members, including the Spanish Technical Architect Valuers, in Spain and in Europe, and TEGoVA is the best way to do it. • We would like to be member of TEGoVA again, and as a first stage, be observers next year. • We think, that CGATE could work with you, looking for the best professional practice in Valuation Field.
