Technical Requirements • Think of it as an application! • Conference Organizer, Conference Room/CRM and client may be installed independently of each other • Consider publishing Conference Room component to its own server • Best Practices guide available close to launch • Application profile – memory footprint • Recommended architecture
Technical Considerations • Same as Shadowing • 25 users total users per conference is a soft maximum • 5 meetings of 4, different than 1 meeting of 20 • # of Meetings dependent on # of Servers • No cross farm collaboration
