MASTER CLASSES • EVERY MONDAY AT PEBBLE HILLS HIGH SCHOOL • 4:30-5:30 PM • ALL REGION MUSIC • RAFFLE – 32 IN FLAT SCREEN TV • CAN PROVIDE RIDE IF NEEDED • LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH IS ONLY FOR HONOR BAND • LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH- FULL BAND REHEARSAL AT PUENTES 4:30-6:30 • DINNER • CLINICIANS
ITINERARY- 2 director / 4 male chaperones / 4 female chaperones • Thursday, May 24th – Depart El Paso from Puentes Middle School 7:00 PM • Friday, May 25th – Arrive at Anaheim, have breakfast then head to Universal Studios • Dinner at Hard Rock • Check in Hampton Inn & Suites • Saturday, May 26th – Workshop at Disney/ rest of day at park • Sunday, May 27th – Disneyland Park • Monday, May 28th – 7:00 AM estimated arrival in El Paso @ Puentes MS
PRICE PER STUDENTS $630 BASED ON 70 STUDENTS
WHAT IS INCLUDED • DISNEY Workshop- Soundtrack Session - $181 / student • workshop • 2-day park hopper • 2 director tickets • 1 chaperone ticket per 10 students
WHAT IS INCLUDED • Universal Studios-$100 / student • 2 Bus-$120/ student • Hotel: 2 nights- $97 / student • Breakfast included • 4 to a room • *Chaperones are responsible for paying their own room
WHAT IS INCLUDED • Student Meal Per Diems - $120 / student • Friday- $50 • Saturday- $30 • Sunday- $30 • Miscellaneous Expenses • Trip t-shirt $10/student • Incidental Money $2/student
CHAPARONES • Will ride the bus • Will be assigned hotel rooms to monitor • Will be assigned group of students for Disney workshop and parks • In charge of student per diem • Free Disney ticket with workshop • Must pay own hotel room and meals • Need SISD background and volunteer form
PARENTS • Payment schedule will be assigned once trip is approved. • Fundraising opportunities will be provided monthly. • If student backs out of trip, all fundraised money will go back to the band account to be used to benefit all band members. Personal money paid would go back to the parent less any cancellation or non-refundable fees. • Hotel and bus costs for directors will be included in student cost to mitigate the personal expense for directors. • Chaperones will need to pay for hotel and meals out of pocket.
