CPE Instructions • Sign in at your session. • After the conference, complete the Session Evaluations at www.iasa.org/chaptersurvey.  Click on Combined Metro NJ/NJ and Mid-Atlantic and complete a survey for each session you attended.  Please note, this link is active for one week from the meeting date. • After the Conference, complete the CPE Attendance Verification Form located on the Chapter homepage, www.iasa.org/midatlantic. Email completed form to cpe@iasa.orgwithin one week from meeting date.  • The IASA will email the certificates to you within 30 business days after reviewing the CPE requirements from the conference.  Make sure your email is correct by clicking on the “My Account” tab on the website. This will help ensure you receive the certificate via email. • Adding our CPE email address, cpe@iasa.org to your address book may “whitelist” us with your filter, helping future certificates get to your email box. Insurance Accounting and Systems Association, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its web site: www.nasbaregistry.org.
