  3. Graduation Requirements • Need to have 24 credits to graduate • English: 4 Credits • Math: 4 Credits • (Alg/Geom/Alg II/Math related) • Science: 3 Credits • (Sci 9/Bio/Chem or Physics) • S. Studies: 3 Credits • (U.S. History/Civics & Econ/World History) • P.E./Health: 1 Credit • Intro to Micro: 1 Credit • VPAA credit: 1 Credit • Other: 1 Test Prep Credit

  4. Scheduling • Course Descriptions are Online • Typical 9th Grade Schedule: • English 9 • Science 9 (Intro to Chemistry/Physics) • Math (Teacher Recommended) • US History • (?) MS • Must retake classes if you fail/Summer School • No extra credit/study guides • No test retakes/late work accepted • Grading policies (homework vs tests) • Saturday School (attendance/discipline) • Must READ the textbook • Homework nightly in most classes (bell to bell) • Time Management: How to study?/Extracurriculars • Final Exam Prep starts the first day (40/40/20)
