The Company • To date, Messer Construction has offices located in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Lexington, Louisville, Knoxville, and Indianapolis with plans to open an office in Nashville. • They are also one of the few fully employee-owned companies with all the stock being held in Employee Stock Ownership.
The Company • Messer also focuses on building their company from within and offering opportunities to their employees to further their careers. • This helps keep relations between employees and management thriving and keeps knowledge of the construction field growing.
