The $16MM cash out loan will be utilized by the sponsor for the ground up development of new commercial real estate projects. The non recourse multifamily loan had a 10 year fixed term, 30 year amortization period, several years of interest only, an 80% LTV constraint and no personal guarantees. The $16MM loan was a 100% cash out, to be utilized for the development and expansion of the sponsor's already sizable real estate portfolio. Mountain View is a city located in Santa Clara County, California, named for its views of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
