  1. GovTrip TravelersCredit Card Information Update Right click on link below and select Open link. https://my.nih.gov/portal/server.pt

  2. Portal Page

  3. Select: My Communities: Join Communities

  4. Type in GovTrip in the Search for Communities: Click on ►

  5. ONLY ONE result from search: Click check box on left then Click the invitation icon far right

  6. Pop up window will appear, click on the “CLOSE” button

  7. Click on the “Finish” button:

  8. Scroll down to GovTrip Support: Click on Traveler Profile Credit Card Information Update.

  9. Your Name, NIH EIN # and Organization will appear.Travelers with travel cards MUST complete the Government Charge Card Information. In order to book HOTEL reservation online a Personal Credit Card information is required.When finish click the “Submit Updated Information” button.

  10. You are now back to the Portal Page. You have completed the Credit Card Information for GovTrip.Thanks!
