Marshall, Esq. is an established attorney at law who has long years of experience in: • Municipal government and private practice with a focus on providing services to community-based organizations. • Working with real estate developers, housing, and non-for-profit agencies. • Handling real estate transactions and resolving complex litigation.

  3. Rachel Y. Marshall - As an Attorney at Essex County Public Defender’s Office, Newark, NJ from 1998 to 1999. • Here, her work responsibilities were as follows: • Retained as a per diem public defender and pool attorney to handle conflict cases. • Litigated criminal indictable cases including armed robberies, drug offenses, possession of deadly weapons, theft, drug offenses and sexual assault. • Assigned as an Assistant Public Defender representing clients at bail hearings and arraignment.
