Six Strengths We Need As Workers • Design, we no longer do we just buy for utility but rather design, check out your cell phone. Everything is designed from the grocery store to the dishes you picked out. • Symphony being able to see the whole picture. • Story, start noticing that advertisements and companies are telling stories about their people who make the product.
Six Strengths • Empathy, understanding the person’s issues and walking in their shoes. • Play, entertainment is now necessary in what we do. Video games are becoming the new literature • Meaning, people today demand meaning in all they do.
