  1. Drawing and Painting Fun(3rd) - Sketching -

  2. A SKETCH is a drawing on paper. Place the paper vertically or horizontally.

  3. Is the paper horizontal or vertical? Keep your composition in the centre. Don’t leave a lot of empty space.

  4. Use geometric lines to outline your figure. For example, this is a BUILDING with straight lines.

  5. You can use: STRAIGHT CURVED LINES ZIGZAG SLANTED

  6. Then add details in the outline. For example, windows and doors.

  7. Finally, finish your sketch. For example, add more windows and doors.

  8. How many floors has the building got? How many windows are blue? How many windows are green? How many doors has the building got? How many windows are yellow? How many windows has the building got?
