About Just Energy Foundation • Just Energy Foundation is a charitable foundation established by the Just Energy Group Inc. in 2013 to receive contributions from Just Energy towards support for registered Canadian and U.S. charitable organizations. • The Just Energy Foundation is committed to enhancing the livelihood of the communities in which we live, work and play. • The Foundation invests in community programs that meet the requirements as registered U.S. and Canadian charitable organizations. • Just Energy Foundationprovides non-profit funding opportunitiesfor community-based initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Just Energy’s operating markets towards building stronger and supportive communities.

Eligibility and Funding Criteria The Just Energy Foundation has its own criteria to consider funding for non-profit organizations • Canadian and U.S. registered charities or non-profit organizations for programs that use funds within Canada or the U.S. • Projects aligned to our commitment to serve the communities in which Just Energy (or its subsidiaries) operates. • Projects that provide direct impact to the communities they serve. • Volunteer organizations with whom we can partner on projects to build sustainable school yard gardens.

Review Process We have thorough evaluation process to review your funding applications. • The Just Energy Foundation donates to registered charitable organizations in Canada and the United States. • Governed by a Board of Directors, the Foundation adheres to a thorough evaluation process to ensure that funds are allocated according to the highest degree of responsibility. • All donation requests will be reviewed by the office of the Foundation’s Executive Director. • Decisions on funding and approval will be made in consultation with the Board of Directors.
