Sample Evaluation Template for Concept Proposals This document is a compilation of review criteria referenced in the DOE EPSCoR Funding Opportunity Announcement. The subcategories listed in the score sheet illustrate the kinds of information that is sought under the various rating categories. The State EPSCoR Committee will use the same rating criteria as the DOE EPSCoR Program Office.
