The Multi Storey Car Park is a unique style of building in which all elements of the structures are continuously exposed to public. To maintain structural integrity and to ensure longevity of the Multi Storey Car Park concrete structures, it is essential to stop water and salts from penetrating the structures of a MSCP Continuous operation of vehicles with constant entries and exits, causes high surface stresses resulting in cracking, structural movement and loss of structural integrity. The surface of the structures may be sprayed with water, which in winter can be contaminated by de-icing salts and other highly corrosive materials that can percolate through cracks in the concrete slab. And these constant fluid leaks make the floor very slippery, dark and gloomy.
