Produce World Chatteris is one of our six sites based in East Anglia. We are currently seeking a hands on HR Officer to join our team. The role will report directly to the HR Advisor.As an experienced HR Officeryouwill provide comprehensive HR support and be the point of contact for all HR queries on site. You will need to have;- Excellent organisational and time management skills - The ability to engage and motivate your colleagues - Adaptability and flexibility, with experience of dealing with colleagues at all levels- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Creativity and courage to challenge ways of working- A professional and proactive approach to your work and a positive attitudeThe ideal candidate will have strong operational HR experience with the ability develop and progress. A qualification in HR (CHRP or CIPD) is preferred.
