  7. 病例1——病例分析 • 该患者术前为重度骨性III类错牙合病例，面型呈新月形，采用常规外科方案即上颌Lefort I型截骨加双侧下颌升支矢状劈开术上下颌骨动度较大，疗效相对不稳定 • 考虑到患者上下牙列有一定程度的拥挤，且上前牙唇倾，采用拔牙矫治，排齐上下牙列同时，内收上前牙去代偿，同时内收下前牙，使上下前牙反覆盖减少，减少手术动度，增加稳定性
